Zilber Property Group^SM provides innovative, commercial real estate solutions for clients looking for market expertise. We are developers, as well as acquisition and leasing experts, focused on results for clients.

Resorts by Towne^® is the trademark under which we operate interval ownership resorts.

Towne Consulting Services (TCS), based in Northern California, is a consulting firm that specializes in land planning, entitlement, project management, and real estate advisory services.

KM Development Corp, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zilber Ltd., serves as an architectural, general contracting, and construction management firm for all of the company's commercial and residential properties nationwide.

Benko Construction Co., Inc. is a subsidiary of KM Development Corp which designs and builds single and multi-family homes under the Homes by Towne brand, and has extensive experience in the construction of commercial, educational, and healthcare specific properties in Florida.

The Brewery is a historic redevelopment of the former Pabst Brewing Co., located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
